Cast Tungsten Carbide Ni-braze

CTC-NiCrBSi Blend

Exceptional hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The braze creates a strong metallurgical bond, encapsulating the hard CTC particles within a tough, resilient nickel alloy matrix.

Typical uses: For demanding applications across the mining, oil and gas, power generation, and chemical processing industries.

Cast Tungsten Carbide Ni-braze

SCTC-NiCrBSi Blend

Superior flowability, higher packing density, and reduced stress concentration compared to angular particles, resulted in a more homogeneous and robust final material with enhanced performance. 

Typical uses: For wear-resistant coatings on drilling tools, valves, and other mining and oil and gas equipment.

Cast Tungsten Carbide Grit

CTC

Rough, irregular particles promotes mechanical interlocking and a strong grip within a matrix, making it highly effective for impact and wear-resistant applications. Hardness around 2500HV.

Typical uses: For applications requiring maximum grip and hardness, in mining and construction equipment (blades, bucket teeth), drilling tools etc.
