Terms and Conditions of Sale


Our Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions for goods and/or services from PowderLoop Technology Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “PowderLoop”). By placing an order with PowderLoop, you (the “Buyer”) are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. They form a legal agreement between PowderLoop and you and can only be amended with our consent.

General Disclaimer

The information contained herein is based on our present knowledge and experience and is given in good faith. However, no liability will be accepted by PowderLoop in respect of and action taken by any third party in reliance thereon.

PowderLoop specifically excludes all conditions or warranties expressed or implied by statute or otherwise as to dimensions, properties and/or their fitness for any particular purpose. Any advice given by PowderLoop to any third party is given for that party’s assistance only and without any liability on the part of PowderLoop.

Any contract between PowderLoop and a Buyer will be subject to the Our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

PowderLoop is not responsible for the content of any external web site to which it may provide links.

 

Delivery Policy


  1. All shipping and delivery dates are approximate. In no event shall PowderLoop be resposible for any direct or indirect, special, incidential or consequential damages or claims resulting from any delivery failure or delay.
  2. PowderLoop is supplying the Goods on an Ex-Works basis. It is Buyer’s responsibility to collect the Goods or provide instructions for the transport of the Goods to the Buyer.
  3. Risk of damage to or loss of the Goods and/or Buyer Goods will pass to the Buyer upon Delivery.
  4. PowderLoop will invoice Buyer upon Delivery, regardless of whether the Goods and/or Buyer Goods are collected or otherwise transported to the Buyer.

This privacy policy sets out how PowderLoop collects, uses and protects any information that you give to us when you use this website. PowderLoop is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website; then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

We may periodically send promotional emails about our products or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
